Welcome Security Title Guaranty Company 1031 Exchange Services and United Title Company 1031 Exchange Services.

Mercury Exchange, Inc. is pleased to announce that we are now serving clients previously of Security Title Guaranty Company 1031 Exchange Services and United Title Company 1031 Exchange Services effective September 4, 2007.   Mercury Exchange, Inc. is a sister company to Security Title Company and United Title Company and has been a subsidiary of Mercury Companies, Inc. since 2001.

Clients with past and active exchanges bearing either the Security Title 1031 or United Title 1031 exchange services' name will receive the same unparalleled security of funds, sound documentation and service that you have come to expect and rely on. 

This change will not impact your transaction in any way. Your security of funds will remain identical.  Your documents through the completion of your exchange will remain under your originating exchange company name.

Equity Investment Exchange, Inc. changes company name to Mercury Exchange, Inc.

We are pleased to announce that Equity Investment Exchange, Inc.’s name is now Mercury Exchange, Inc.

Equity Investment Exchange, Inc. has been a subsidiary of Mercury Companies, Inc. since 2001.  Recently, we decided to change our Company’s name to more accurately reflect that relationship. For more information regarding Mercury Companies, we invite you to visit www.mercurycompanies.com.
