EXCHANGE PROCESS
The exchange process is straightforward. It involves (but is not limited to) understanding your property’s tax liability, choosing a closing agent and selling your property, identifying replacement properties and acquiring them, and submitting an instruction letter to authorize the withdrawal of funds.
